6:34 - Checkered flag on the inaugural Baltimore Grand Prix. The No. 44 finished 8th and the No. 45 11th. Another challenging race for the Lizards but both racecars were fast and solid and both finished. No. 17 Falken Porsche won in GT - congratulations to Wolf, Bryan and the entire Falken team. No. 56 BMW P2; No. 4 Corvette P3. Baltimore put on a great event - there have to be at least 100,000 fans here for the show. On to the West Coast at Laguna Seca. - see you in a few weeks.
6:29 - Great battle going on in GTC right now betwen the No. 23 Alex Job Porsche and the No. 77 Porsche. No. 23 is P2, No. 77 P3.
6:28 - Lead GT positions remain unchanged. Joerg still P11; Seth now P8 (No. 3 Corvette moves to P7). 13 minutes left in the race. No.17 Falken leads GT and they are on the lead lap with the overall leader - the No. 20 Dyson prototype.
6:04 - Seth P7 in the No. 44; Joerg P11. No. 17 P1; No. 56 P2; No. 4 P3; No. 48 P4; No. 62 P5; No. 55 P6; No. 44 P7; No. 3 P8; No. 02 P9; No. 01 P10; No. 45 P11.
5:53 - Green flag. seth back on the lead lap now - still P8. No. 45 P11. the No. 55, which was P1 and the No. 3 Corvettes got together - No. 55 taking a while to get going again. the No. 17 is back in the lead. CAr 3 received a penalty for avoidable contact - stop and go plus 60 seconds in the penalty box. No. 3 is currently P3. No. 56 P2. No. 44 P7, No. 45 P11.
5:44 - Double yellow to remove the No. 12 prototype which was stopped on course.
5:41 - Green flag. Positions: P1 No. 55 BMW, P2 No. 3 Corvette; P3 No. 17 Falken; p4 No. 56 BMW; No. 44 is P8, 1 lap down on the overall leaders after their earlier pit stop to fasten the hood which was damaged early in the race. No. 45 is P11.
5:39 - No. 45 in the pits for driver change to Joerg Bergmeister and fuel.
5:38 - No. 44 is in the pits for the crew to fasten the hood, which was damaged at the start of the race. Seth P7 at the time of the stop.
5:32 - Darren in pits, driver change to Seth Neiman. All of the lead GT field is pitting except the No. 55. The No. 17 got out ahead of the pack that pitted with him. while the No. 44 was in the pits, we were able to see the extent of the damage to the nose and hood from the incident at the start of the race. They will have Seth pit again under yellow to confirm that the hood is fastened. Stil yellow.
5:30 - Patrick radios in that the car is very, very good. Such a shame that we had such a major problem so early in the race. Darren will pit for driver change to Seth Neiman - he is P3. No. 17 is P1; No. 56 P2; No. 44 P3; P 55 P4; No. 48 P5. No. 45 is P11. Hopefully Patrick will get a waveby - which will get him one lap back of the many that he lost during the earlier repair.
5:25 -Still yellow as they repair the manhole cover. Darren now P3. The No. 55 got caught out by the timing of that yellow, having pitted just before. They are now P4.
5:19 - Double yellow - pits are closed. There is a hole in the track - looks like a manhole cover cmae off - it is right on the racing line coming through Turn 9. Not sure how long this yellow will last.
5:18 - No. 55 BMW, which was P2, in the pits.
5:12 - No. 17 Falken with Wolf Henzler behind the wheel leads GT. No. 55 BMW P2. No. 3 Crovette P3; No. 56 BMW P4; No. 44 P5. No. 62 P 6. No. 45 is P11 after lengthy pit stop to replace broken drive shaft/left rear suspension.

4:57 -Wolf Henzler just took the lead in the No. 17 - passing the No. 55 to take the lead. No. 44 may have a possible issue. Darren is P7 right now.
4:47 - The no. 45 is working frantically to make the suspension repairs on the No. 45. Darren Law is now P7. He is the fastest in GT right now. Broken drive shaft in the No. 45. They are continuing to do repairs. Darren P6.
4:39 - They will replace a broken drive shaft and left rear upright on the No. 45. Such a shame... it's been such a frustrating season !
4:35 - Patrick has a problem - he is going slow on course - unfortunatley he was just past pit in. He has a problem witht he left rear and is going slowly around. He will pit, they will fuel and then raise the car to see if they can diagnose the problem - left rear. It may be the left rear axle.
4:32 0 Multi car stoppage on the start - unclear eactly what caused it but the two corvettes collided and stopped about 10 cars behind them. Darren reports that he was hit. Unclear if there was any damage. Patrick was able to avoid the incident and gained several positions. He is now P7. Darren is P 11. Both of the Lizard Porsches started from the back .

4:30 pm - We are minutes from race start on the final pace lap for the Baltimore Grand Prix. Patrick Long is starting in the No. 45, Darren Law in the No. 44.
